And sure enough, just like the first system, the second one had a little bit of further trouble installing the digitizer driver, with the digitizer driver setup crashing on the first try, but working on the second try.

SubZeroJun 20, Refer this article for additional information. Setting up and configuring the fingerprint sensor appears to be a little convoluted. I installed build on my xt2, and everything works great except the touch screen.

No, create an account now. The pen is great for writing input obviouslybut also more pinpoint accuracy than you would get with a finger. Whether touch is just a bit of a gimmick or a valid method of input a little more usage will reveal, but it certaintly is convenient.
The original XT would let you just install a driver for the reader and it would detect it, but it seems they’re using a more advanced security chip in the XT2.

I went ahead and proceeded to activate both Windows 7 copies by using the COAs found on the bottom of each computer. I didn’t find any oportunity to enable multitouch after login.

The first one also let me install its N-Trig digitizer driver with almost no hitch, while the second one is being more troublesome, with the setup saying that no N-Trig hardware was found, which has to be false, as both systems are the same model, and both have a stylus, so they must both have a digitizer.
